Device Notes

  1. Please install the Field Force Manager mobile app from Google Play.

Pre-Installation: Enable Location Tracking on the Phone

  1. In the Home Screen tap on Settings.
  2. In the search box enter "Location" and click on the location results found from the search.
  3. Turn on the switch and Accept/Agree any warning that are displayed.
  4. Go to Improve Accuracy and turn ON "WIFI Scanning" and "Bluetooth scanning"

Activate and Login to Field Force Manager

  1. On Home Screen of your Android phone, scroll up to view all the apps installed on the phone.
  2. From All Apps, swipe left or right to find Field Force Manager and tap on Field Force Manager icon.
  3. Using the Device phone number, Field Force Manager will automatically activate and log you into the application.
  4. When prompted provide the phone number that you might have received from your Account Manager.
  5. Enter the Pin and Login. You will see the End User License Agreement (EULA) page on your phone screen.
  6. Tap I Agree to continue.
  7. Next you will be shown the Warning Tap on I Agree to continue.
  8. A pop up window displays the list of the New Updates (if any), such as New Forms, New Jobs, etc.
  9. Tap on OK to accept them and start using the Field Force Manager application.
