You may receive multiple alerts for Low Battery level for the same user during a short period of time and want to know why this happens.
The low battery level alert is triggered every time when the battery status changes to Critical. If a worker plugs in and plugs out the charger from the device multiple times during a short period of time, the battery status will change from Charging to Critical - an alert will be sent for each event.
