Overview
Mobile workers may notice that certain features (Timesheets, Trips, Forms, Jobs, etc.) are not available in the mobile app, or only the Exit icon is displayed in the application.
This issue happens when the security role assigned to the user does not have access to the corresponding features in the mobile app.
Solution
- Navigate to Administration > Users and check which role is assigned to the user.
- Next, there are two available solutions:
- Modify the role assigned to the worker to have access to the required features.
- Assign the default Mobile Worker role to the user, which contains access to all the features.
- Modify the role assigned to the worker to have access to the required features.
Testing
The worker should tap on the Sync button - the features should appear in the mobile application.
