You may receive multiple Not Communicating alerts for a single worker or alerts for several workers at the same time and wonder why these alerts would occur.
By default, Not Communicating alerts are triggered when the selected workers' devices are not syncing with the server for more than 65 minutes. If you decrease this value, you will receive such alerts more often. Devices may lose connectivity due to various reasons: bad coverage, being indoors, closing the application, etc. For example, if multiple workers are traveling to the same location through an area with bad coverage, you may receive this alert for all these users.
