Overview
You may need to provide access to a user only to a specific group in StreetSmart.
Solution
- Check which role is assigned to the user (under Administration > Users).
- Next, there are two options:
- Update the security role assigned to the user to have access only to the required group (applicable if this security role is used only by this user).
- Create a new security role with access only to the required group; you can copy and update the role that is currently assigned to the user. And then, assign the newly created group to the user.
Testing
Ask the user to log in to the StreetSmart web portal - they should have access to the corresponding group (e.g., workers, forms, job types, etc.).
