Timesheet Data Is Not Transferred to Kronos


You may notice that punches for specific or all workers are not displayed in Kronos or any other system that syncs timesheets data using Employee ID.


  1. If timecards are not uploaded for all users, refer to the article Data Is Not Loading via Web Services to resolve the issue.
     If the data is missing for a few users, proceed to the next step.

  2. Check if the timesheets for the affected workers are present on the web portal (under the Shifts tab).


Wait for the next time when the data should be transferred with Kronos (according to your personal setup), and then check if the timesheets are displayed in Kronos.
