Submitted Form Is Delivered via Email Inconsistently


You may notice that a specific form when submitted by one worker is delivered via email to selected recipients, but when it is submitted by another user it is not sent via email.


The Auto Email Delivery feature works only for Ad Hoc forms (that are not attached to job actions). Most probably, the affected form is attached to a job action and also can be submitted Ad Hoc. And when a user submits the form while performing the corresponding job action - it is not delivered to the selected recipients via email.

To get submitted forms delivered via email, you can:

  1. Ask workers to submit the forms from the Forms menu.


  2. Unlink the required Forms from any job actions.
