Mileage Report Has No Data for Worker

Overview

You are running one of the Mileage reports but it does not pull any data for a worker.

This issue happens when the worker's device is not tracking or cannot upload the location data to the StreetSmart server.



Solution

Refer to the article GPS Location Tracking Is Not Working on Device to identify the root cause of the issue and resolve it.



Testing

Run the corresponding Mileage report again - it should contain the data for the required worker.
