Requesting Refund


You may want to get a refund for the time when you were not able to use StreetSmart due to technical issues.


  • If you purchased your subscription from Sprint, reach out to your Sprint sales representative or Sprint support to get a refund.

  • If you purchased your subscription from StreetSmart, by contacting our Orders team via email or support portal, submit a ticket to StreetSmart support, including the following details:
    • Your Company ID
    • Amount of the refund and related time period
    • The phone number(s) for which you want to get a refund
