Canceling Subscription for Phone Number

Overview

You may need to deactivate a package assigned to your phone number.


Prerequisites



Solution

  • If you purchased your subscription from Sprint, reach out to your Sprint sales representative or Sprint support to cancel the services.

  • If you purchased your subscription from StreetSmart, by contacting our Orders team via email or support portal, submit a ticket to StreetSmart support with the Cancel Phone Number/Account issue type, including the following details:
    • Your Company ID
    • The phone number(s) for which you want to cancel the subscription


Testing

  1. Log in to the StreetSmart web portal.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Devices.
    The corresponding number will not be displayed in the Devices list anymore.
