Reviewing Mobile Worker Activities

Overview

You may want to check the detailed log of worker actions performed in the mobile app to be able to analyze the workers daily routine and ensure their compliance.

Prerequisites

You need to have an account with Super User role, Operations role, or a custom role with rights to view Worker Activity Log.



Solution

  1. Log in to the Street Smart web portal using your credentials and company ID.
  2. Navigate to the Workers tab.
  3. Click on the required worker and select Worker Activity Log.

  4. Adjust the required filters:
    • Date Filter - select the required date range.

    • Activity Filter - Select activities that you want to see in the log and click Save & Close.
      By default, all activities are displayed.

      Note: In this case, Group Filter is not applicable as only one user is selected.
  5. All selected activities are displayed for the worker.

    You can also click on links and dropdown arrows to see details of the completed activities (jobs, forms, and timesheets):
