Overview
You may need to check the current location of a user and where they have been travelling lately.
Prerequisites
You need to have an account with a Super User or Operations role, or a custom role with rights to view Worker Map.
Solution
- Log in to the Street Smart web portal using your credentials and company ID.
- Click on the Workers tab.
- Select the group to which the required worker is assigned - click Group Filter, mark the required group, and click Save & Close.
- Locate the required worker - the last uploaded location is displayed in the Stop/Travel column, including the time when the location was retrieved.
- Click on the worker and select Get Current Location to retrieve the live location of the user. This option will work if the mobile app is running and mobile data is enabled.
- Click on the worker and select the Worker Map to review the user on map.
Worker current location and routes for the selected day are displayed.
- You can click on the GPS points with arrows to view worker's speed.
- You can select one of the previous 30 days in the Date Filter to review worker routes for the required date. Routes can be displayed only for one day at a time.
- You can click on the GPS points with arrows to view worker's speed.
- Click on the worker and select Get Current Location to retrieve the live location of the user. This option will work if the mobile app is running and mobile data is enabled.
