Workers may receive the following message on their mobile devices when using the StreetSmart app:
This issue may be caused by a large number of applications running in the background or pages opened in your web browser.
- Close all unnecessary applications on your mobile device.
- It is also recommended to uninstall applications that you are not going to use.
- Reboot your device and make sure to keep only the StreetSmart and navigation applications open while on shift.
You should not encounter the Low Memory error when using StreetSmart anymore.
