Starting and Ending Shift in Mobile App

Overview

Field workers can track their work time remotely using the mobile app. Worker timesheets can then be reviewed from the web portal. 

Prerequisites

• You have installed and activated StreetSmart mobile app on your device.
• Package assigned to your phone number includes access to Timesheets.

Solution

1. Open the StreetSmart mobile app on your device.
2. Tap on the Timesheets icon.
   
   
   
   
3. Tap on the Start Shift icon.
   
   
   
   
   • When you need to take a break from, tap on the Start Break icon.
     
     
     
     Once you are ready to get back to work, tap on the End Break button.
     
     
     
     
4. Once you have finished your work for the day, tap on the End Shift icon.
   
   

Testing

You can confirm that your time was tracked correctly by tapping on the Summary tab - it contains detailed information about working time (briefcase icon) and time on a break (coffee cup icon) for each of the previous days.
