Installing StreetSmart Mobile Application

Overview

Field workers and mobile supervisors need to set up the mobile app to be able to track trips, start and end shifts, complete jobs, and submit forms using mobile devices.


Prerequisites

  • You need to have a supported mobile device. You may install StreetSmart on other devices - the application may or may not function correctly.
  • Mobile data needs to be enabled on your mobile device or it needs to be connected to Wi-Fi.


Solution

Refer to the installation guide according to your phone OS/type:

Android

  1. Open Google Play on your mobile device.
  2. Find the StreetSmart Advantage app.
    Note: You can also download the StreetSmart v18.15.6 APK file to install it remotely using MDM solutions.
  3. Tap Install.

  4. Tap Accept to provide permissions for the app.

  5. Once the installation is finished, you should be able to run and activate the mobile app.

iOS

  1. Open App Store on your mobile device and search for the StreetSmart Workforce app.
  2. Tap on the Get button to install StreetSmart Workforce application on your device and follow the instructions on your screen.

    Note: Make sure to enable location services on your device for proper tracking.

  3. Once the installation is finished, you should be able to run and activate the mobile app.

 

Other Operating Systems

If you are using a supported device with Blackberry, WinMobile OS, or feature phone, find an article for your device in the corresponding section and follow the instructions to install and activate StreetSmart.
