Overview
Customers may experience multiple issues that the app requesting a PIN but not allowing any input - users cannot enter any PIN number
Solution
- If the app is requesting a PIN and not allowing any input, delete the app data - this can be done by long pressing on the StreetSmart Icon, clicking the (i) button, scrolling down and clicking storage, and then clicking on Delete Data.
- If the app allows to input numbers but still does not accept any pins, try entering 333333333 (3 nine times) as a PIN and clear the data again.
