Mobile Application Does Not Allow to Enter PIN


Customers may experience multiple issues that the app requesting a PIN but not allowing any input - users cannot enter any PIN number


  1. If the app is requesting a PIN and not allowing any input, delete the app data - this can be done by long pressing on the StreetSmart Icon, clicking the (i) button, scrolling down and clicking storage, and then clicking on Delete Data.

  2. If the app allows to input numbers but still does not accept any pins, try entering 333333333 (3 nine times) as a PIN and clear the data again.
