Missing or Deleted Worker


You may encounter an issue where a worker disappears from your account along with all of their job data, even when no deletion actions have been taken. The worker may be missing from both the worker list and users list.


To resolve the issue of a missing worker from your account, follow these steps:

  1. Check the system for the missing worker under the "Inactive User" or a similar group.
  2. If found, modify your filter to include this group and change the group of the worker from "Inactive User" to the correct group.
  3. Try checking other groups - open the Group filter and select all of the available groups.
  4. If you have multiple accounts, make sure to log in to the account that has administrative rights and have access to all of the user groups.
