Users Cannot Sing In - Stuck on "Enable Permissions" Screen After Updating Mobile App

Overview


You have updated your phone to Android 14 and now StreetSmart mobile app is not working and workers cannot log in - the Enable permissions screen is displayed and can't be closed, despite the permissions are enabled.


Solution


We have developed a fix for this issue - please update StreetSmart to the latest version, which is available on Google Play.
