Cancel Account or Subscription for StreetSmart


You may want to cancel your account or subscription that you have for StreetSmart services.


  • If you have purchased your subscription using the 2Checkout portal, you will need to cancel your account through the 2Checkout portal. You should log in using the email linked to your Super User account (the email via which you made the original purchase.

  • If you purchased your subscription directly from StreetSmart, please send an email to to cancel your account.
    Make sure to include a copy of a previously paid invoice or the email must be sent from the email that was used for the original purchase to ensure that requests are processed from authorized account holders only.
