Device Notes

  1. Field Force Manager is preloaded on this device.
  2. Only Text Driving directions are supported. Navigation by google maps is not supported.
  3. Mileage Manager and Messages app is supported.

Pre-Installation: Enable Location Tracking on the Phone ( only FFM)

  1. Go to mobile "Settings" from the main menu.
  2. Scroll down to “Personal” section and find "Location " tap/click on it.
  3. Click on “On” check box.
  4. Make sure the Mode is selected as ‘High Accuracy’.

Install Field Force Manager via Email/SMS

  1. Field Force Manager is pre-installed on this handset.

Activate and Login to Field Force Manager

  1. Go to Menu > Applications.
  2. Scroll down and select Field Force Manager.
  3. The mobile app will automatically activate with your phone number and log you into the application. If that fails, enter the phone number and press 'Activate'.
  4. If your phone number does not have feature code added. Please call Verizon sales call center 800-899-4249 directly from the mobile app.
  5. Next 'Accept' the EULA.
  6. Next 'Accept' the Warning.
  7. A pop-up window appears displaying the list of the New Updates (if any), such as New Forms, New Jobs, etc. Tap/click OK to dismiss the screen and start using the Field Force Manager application.

Known Issues (only Field Force Manager)

  1. If admin sends locations, messages. On Mobile app, users sees new updates about locations and messages. They are accessible from notification bar. But the list is not optimized for your device.
